General Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose and Acceptance
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all sales of study guides, practice tests, and software ("Products") provided by Killexams.com to any individual or group ("Customer").
1.2. By placing an order or downloading any Product from Killexams.com, the Customer provides unconditional acceptance of these terms.
1.3. Killexams reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes apply to both new and existing orders. It is the Customer's responsibility to review the T&C before each purchase.
2. Product Description & Usage
2.1. Killexams provides Certification Exam Questions and Answers in PDF and Windows-based Practice Test Software formats.
2.2. Products are intended strictly for educational and self-improvement purposes. While we provide tools for preparation, the use of these materials is at the Customer's own discretion.
2.3. Permission to download is granted only after the Customer agrees to these T&C.
3. Account Management
3.1. Upon successful payment, an account is automatically created with a system-generated username and password, which is delivered via the provided email address.
3.2. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
4. Order & Payment Process
4.1. Prices are listed in USD. Local taxes or transaction fees may be applied by the payment processor at checkout.
4.2. Payments are handled via secure 3rd-party gateways. Killexams does not see or store your credit card or bank details.
4.3. An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment confirmation from the gateway. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1. Killexams holds all intellectual property rights for its Products. Purchase of a Product grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
5.2. Customers are strictly prohibited from reproducing, modifying, translating, distributing, or reverse-engineering any software or PDF content provided by Killexams. Any unauthorized sharing or commercial use will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
6. Delivery and Risk
6.1. Digital delivery typically occurs within minutes. However, due to server synchronization or email delays, delivery may take up to several hours.
6.2. Customers must report any technical issues or discrepancies within five (5) days of purchase. Beyond this period, the Product is deemed accepted in its current condition.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Killexams provides its software and study materials on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not guarantee that materials are free of typos, errors, or outdated content.
7.2. Killexams is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to: failing an exam, loss of career opportunities, exam fees, or technical damage to hardware/software resulting from the use of our products.
7.3. The Customer assumes all risks associated with the use of the study guides and exam simulators.
8. Refund and Guarantee Policy
8.1. Refund requests must be submitted within five (5) days of the original purchase if the product is found to be unusable.
8.2. In the event of an exam failure, a refund request may be submitted within five (5) days of the exam date. The Customer must provide an official, verifiable score report from the testing center.
8.3. Killexams reserves the right to deny refund requests if the documentation is insufficient or if the account shows signs of misuse (e.g., multiple downloads from different locations).
8.4. Refunds apply only to the product purchase price. We do not reimburse exam vouchers, travel costs, or hardware upgrades.
9. Data Privacy & Termination
9.1. We collect minimal data (Name and Email) to facilitate account access and support. We do not sell your data to third parties.
9.2. Killexams reserves the right to terminate or block any account without a refund in cases of misconduct, unethical behavior, or violation of these terms.
