However, Im giving 3 stars because I encountered a situation where I didnt receive my login information because I had accidentally provided a wrong email address. It took nearly 48 hours for support to verify my identity and fix the account, which was a significant delay in my study schedule. The ets material is excellent, but I wish the recovery process for email mistakes was a bit faster for paid users."
